I live in galveston county & wife in harris county. want to get divorce. child support in dallas county. where do i need to file for my divorce?

File for divorce in the county where you live (I assume you've lived there for at least 90 days), and ask that the Dallas County child support "case" be transferred to your home county and consolidated with your divorce action.
