Can you still drive with the X-Cargo Sport 20 Car Top Carrier if it is empty on the top of your car?
Not if you're going over 40mph, according to the manufacturerinstructions. We've got one now and when driving with it empty wehad a severe wobble from the unit at 60-65mph. Haven't tried itweighed down yet
