How fast can i get a court ordered paternity test in Virginia? My parents are kicking me out so i have to move back to England to live with my grandmother in about 3weeks because I have nowhere to go, no support or money. The father of my unborn child decided today that he was not the father anymore and refuses to take a paternity test even though he had never expressed any doubts about being my childs father in the past.
