Im a single military soldier. I deployed to Iraq. when i returned I was approached by a ex-girl friend. she was now married she told me I was the father of her 1.5 old son. I was in disbelief I inquired about this. Her husband signed and claim custody and is on birth certificate. I recieved a notification in the mail stateting that I was the non-custodial parent of a child. I want to know what i need to do ?

First, have a paternity test done. If the husband is on the birth certificate, he is the legal father. You are a putative father or a possible father. You should find out the truth.
