I was married on 7 april 2012 and my husband is american national he took my original documents with him and did not apply for my travell documents and i suspect that he has a second wife i got some photographs with a strange women what are my legal rights being his wife. he has not registered our marriage in usa and denied me as his wife. i want to sue him what is the process to complaint against him
