My sister is in jail and being charged with 2 counts of Trafficking in Amphetamine one from 14-28 grams and the other 28-200 grams. Along with 2 possession charges and 2 delivery charges. The judge is trying to give her 60 yrs. Is this possible for her to get that amount of time for those charges? If it is what can we do to stop it or get the sentencing reduced.
