Does making a website cost money?
Yes it does, You have to buy programs to either hand write the code out, or to design it. I remember like 6 years ago you could write basic HTML in notepad, but im not sure if you can still do it... Also you would need a host and a URL...the host and URL is where you would spend money for sure.
