I am self employed and own a corporation called Taste, inc.A couple of Month ago I was late paying my Mortgage, so the bank took the money out of my corporate account without my permission. Is this legal and what can I do to protect myself.

There has got to be more to this than that. You could have agreed to let them do this, or they may have taken judgment against you. How much paperwork from the court have you ignored?
