I have a divorce decree, Consent Judgment for Permanent Spousal Support, and Community Property Judgment from Louisiana. My former spouse has moved to Wisconsin. Can either of us take the Louisiana Judgments and register them in other states, even in two different states (one in Wisconsin and one in NJ)?
