Whenever you burn out a fuse it is because you are drawing to many amps through it.
This is usually because there is a wire that has the plastic coating worn or melted off of it; than the bare wire can touch the bare metal of the truck or other wires causing more electricity to run through it.
The other option is that you maybe have the wrong size fuse. It will probably be a 15 or 20 amp fuse.
Make sure that you have the right fuse if it is too big it will not go out, but YOUR TRUCK MAY CATCH FIRE. So check your owners manual for that information.
