My car was hit by a company 18 wheeler truck while it was parked waiting for the hotel vallet service to park the car while I was on vacation in New Orleane LA, What can be done?

If you know who the trucking company was, you can pursue a claim against that company for the damage to your car. In addition, please be careful, as, unlike Texas, Louisiana has a one year statute of limitations on tort claims such as yours. Sincerely, Carl Weinkauf
