Where can you watch Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends?
Since it is not rerun on Cartoon Network currently (as of 032013)You might be able to find some on Youtube or Cartoon Network's website might still have some & of course the DVDs, although apparently those didn't sell that well because Cartoon Network hasn't released the remaining seasons in the U.S.
