How has technology impacted sports and entertainment?
They have made it better and have improved it. For sports, an example is that people used to use a pigs bladder to play soccer but thanks to science, force, power and velocity, they have managed to make a soccer ball that will have enough capacity to hold a lot of air so it does not deflate and to make the ball round they have also used science.
add In the last fifty years, several new sports have arrived due to the availability of new materials. Consider hang gliding; or modern rock climbing with the high friction boots. Wet suits are another sport virtually impossible without new materials. Skiing is another, and the light weight cycles another again.
