Never! without first having an experienced criminal defense attorney. No matter how innocent you are, you can get asked questions in such a way that will make you look and feel guilty. And a negative response on a polygraph does not mean much in getting the State to stop looking for ways to prosecute. Go speak to an experienced attorney immediately.
