Hi, I am working on L1 and my COS for H1B got approved and start date is october 1. I need to give two weeks notice period for L1 company and i want to give notice from october1 to october15 and move to H1B sponsored company from october16. Is this legal to serve notice period from october1 to october15 for L1 company. Thanks

It's fine. You cannot start your H-1B employment before October 1st, however, you can start at a later date within the I-129 validity period.
