How do you install a new key?
If you'd like to replace a lost key, nearly any locksmith can obtain a key code by calling in your VIN number.
If you need to lock out a previous owner or ex from your car, you can either replace all of the lock cylinders or the existing cylinders can be disassembled and configured to operate with a different key. It is much cheaper to have the locks recombinated.
