In the state of Missouri, my wife and I are going through a divorce. We just had temp custody put in place for are kids. She is refusing to let me know her address and a phone number the kids will have access to in case of an emergency. She works overnights and I have asked who will be staying with my kids at night or where they will be going she is refusing that info also. Do I know a right to know this stuff and what can I do about it if I do have a right? There has also been abuse from her grandma and father who she was living with and the GAL said until she gets into case they can keep the kids. But I have no idea where they are or how to get ahold of them there mother won't answer her cell phone. Please help
