A friend of mine owns a home with two other owners (sisters). The other two want to sell the house. What are her legal advantages and disadvantages?

Depends on what your friend wants to do. If everyone wants to sell, you sell and split the money in a fair way. If your friend does not want to sell, she can do a couple of different things. Have her call me, and I will talk to her about it. No charge for the call.
