Hi I am just beginning to start as a paralegal and my neice has two boys, She sent them to school and when it was time to pick them up the school could not find them one was sent home on the bus, and the other was sent to walk home with some one he does not know my neice always pick them up everyday but this day the school showed neglig what can she doance

Actually, unless the children were harmed the post does not even present a legal issue at all. Your niece certainly has reason to be upset, and she needs to talk to the school board about an investigation and discipline of the school officials responsible.
