Question

How do I change the ownership from my deceased mothers name to mine? The house was willed to all three of the living Adult siblings and they have all agreed that I will be the sole owner of the property and home.

Answer

Title must be transferred by deed. If the property was in the name of your mother only,

without a trust, it will be necessary to file in local probate where the property can be

transferred by deed under the supervision of the court.

Answer

The estate must go to probate and a personal fiduciary appointed.

Answer

Did Mom live in the property at the time of her death? If so, probate should be filed, notice given to all creditors AND then a determination of homestead can be made. The property will pass to her heirs. Your siblings can transfer their interest by quit claim. There may be tax consequences. Get some legal help.
