Question

If a will has been entered, and the signature of the deceased did not sign the date; and it is two different inks, signature in black, date signed by someone other than the deceased in blue. Would this be one reason for contest of a will?

Thanks A Million, CC

Answer

NO.

Answer

Not unusual to have someone fill in dates on a will other than the decedent. Does not sound like grounds on its own to contest a will.
