My husband and I separated in l990(not legally) and he has lived in New York ever since and I purchased a mobile home in 1995(Louisiana). I would like to sell this mobile home. I was the sole purchaser. Can I sale it legally?

Because it is moveable property, you can sell it. You cannot sell the land it sits on. I suggest you get a divorce, if only to protect yourself if he gets into debt.
