Can driving privileges be revoked or suspended in NJ when traffic offense 39:4-92.2 FAILURE TO CHANGE LANES FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLE (the traffic ticket) and/also Within the jurisdiction of this court, knowingly or purposely obtain or posses a controlled dangerous substance or a controlled substance analog that was not obtained directly from a practitioner or under valid prescription issued by a practitioner, specifically by being in possession of suspected marijuana in violation of 2C:35-10 A disorderly persons offense?

Under fifty grams, thirty was seized from the vehicle.

The law says that your license can be suspended for 6 months to 2 years for the possession of drugs charge. however, there is a possibility that the license suspension can be waived under the hardship provision of the law.
