do attorneys have access to client's bank account information

Question

do attorneys have access to client's bank account information

Answer

The only two ways in which your lawyer can access your bank account information are (1) with your permission or (2) with a subpoena.

We may ask for a credit- or debit-card number to charge expenses and fees related to your case to, and we can keep a record of that credit-card information.
