how much time before an existing traffic violation court date can a law enforcement officer decide to reschedule and postpone the existing court date. For example I live in Pennsylvania I got a speeding ticket. I called off work made arrangements to be downtown and on time to get there only to find out the officer decided to reschedule four days before the actual date. In those four days i didnt receive anything in the mail.
