When on probation, what happens if you fail a drug test?

You will get a notice requiring you to be arraigned on the violation. You may then plead guilty or not guilty. If you plead not guilty a hearing will be held to determine whether or not a violation of your probation occurred. Even if you violated there are things you can do to better your chances of avoiding jail and your probation continued. Feel free to contact me on my alternate number.
