When a car has been written off and is sold to a unsuspected buyer later on what can we do?
Details are need to provide a complete answer. Written off because unrecoverable, totaled etc- either way if you've been compensated by insurance it's probably no longer yours. Also was it a legal sale for scrap or. . . .Your concern should be if your liable providing it can still be used and wether or not circumstances dictate police involvement.
