This may he was court ordered to pay 700 dollars a month in child support and was short on cash. He is in custody in MD now and is being sent back to VA where the warent was issued from. The orginal bill was a little over 25,000 he only owes $4,384 now. Please help

Answer

Your boyfriend should have an appropriately experienced Virginia criminal defense attorney representing him on the Virginia charge, and if he cannot afford

to retain such on his own, then he should ask the court to appoint one

to represent him.
