My daughter is 15 and has a Black Belt in karate. On occasion (and you know how 15 year olds are) she has threated to either hurt me or my son. Although I am not sure how I would fare with her in fight, I would naturally never attack her. Do I have any legal recourse such as a PFA or other strategy in the event that she did attack me?
