If my nine year old son is purposely and wrongfully accused of sexual assault in court, in Texas,of a minor, can I sue for defamation?

You can always sue but if another kid says your kid did something, you are not going to win anything. Consider all the people found not guilty every day in court houses, and those who have their cases dismissed. .....
