In a visitation with my children am I allowed to ask my children questions about their home life including my ex's employment how their treated or even questions about their new girlfriend?

Think about it: What kind of mother would you be if you didn't try to find out what was going on with your children when they were gone from you for 48 hours at a time? What if they were being mistreated, or molested?
