How do people on separate shifts find a common goal?
mainly there will be three shitfs in all big organisations which are present today in the market. when we come to the individua goal of an employee it depends on his/her attitude. someone wants to move in finance depatment someone would have interest in marketing, production etc. but when we come to the general goal of the organisation it will be the same. whether an emloyee thinks that he is contributing to the organisational goal, in one or the other way he will contribute.
