on form i-765 application for employment, The question regarding past employment, Should i leave it blank or should i list my employment history even if i used a fake SSN? I know its a felony for doing suc thing.
Should i leave it as "none" or list my past employers?
im submitting this form along with I-821D for Deferred action
Answer
Form I-765 does not ask for past employment history. It only asks if you have applied for a "work permit" in the past. If you have not applied for a work permit in the past, then leave that section blank.
