My landlord wants to sell the house i live in. she says she has the right to have someone inspect my apartment with only her verbal notice.(and take pictures!) I feel this is in retaliation for me complaining about a broken boiler and her having to fix it.Does she have the right to just enter my apartment without my permission. she said it is her house and she can do it.I pay my rent every month.She said she is bringing someone here 3/12 even though my husband is unable to get out of bed due to osteoarthritis.
