My brother's divorce became final 9/1/11.
He was granted sole residence of the house.
The mortgage is in his and his ex's name.
The title is in both names.
My brother is the only one living in the house, and pays (and has been paying the mortgage on the house.)
My brother changed the locks on the house recently, and the ex wants a spare key to the house.
Does the ex have a legal right to a spare key?

Weren't these issues addressed in the divorce judgment? Or are they bifurcated, for a termination of status now and a resolution of property issues later?
