Do you have to file a petition for modification if you need to have an income deduction order in place. I have 3 children and 1 has reached the age of majority. I need to have the child support amount adjusted to reflect support for only 2 children. The language regarding support until 18 is in our divorce decree and settlement agreement.

Unless the decree breaks down an amount or child, you'd have to seek modification.
