We live in Indiana and got a judgement against us from our former landlord. Now we have been ordered to appear to answer about any assets and income.
I work part time for $10.00/hr and my wife collects unemployment. We live with her daughter because we can't afford our own place right now.
What can we expect to happen at this appearence?

You will be asked questions about your assets and debts and you will be subject to garnishment on whatever your earnings are subject to exemptions, etc.
