Does a 250 go faster then a 125 if a 250 dirt bike is geared lower for trailes and would it be faster on the main roads because my 125 creaps along and thanks if you know the answer.?

Does a 250 go faster then a 125 if a 250 dirt bike is geared lower for trailes and would it be faster on the main roads because my 125 creaps along and thanks if you know the answer.?
125 are pretty fast on the road and they might have a tiny bit more on the roads but as soon as you got to the trail thier nothing like the 250 torque
