I recently had my job eval. I found out yesterday that the contents of this eval have been discussed with a group of department managers because the administrator of our facility felt that she owed them some sort of explanation. What are my legal rights here? I feel that this is a breach of confidentiality & defamation of character.

I may be missing something here, but it seems perfectly reasonable for a group of managers to discuss job or performance evaluations. You mention defamation. Was there some false information about you discussed?
