i am getting divorced. last year my brother past away and left me his 2010 truck rifles tools etc. other complications came up and i had to put the truck in wifes mothers name. ended up seperating from wife,and signing aggrement inwich i paid her mother 5000 dollers and agreed to give my wife 1000 dollars a month for 6 months in wich time she could use the truck. i also agreed that i may sell the truck to get good transportation for both of us. during seperation my wife agreed and wanted to leave her house and move in with me,which she did for about 3 months she got a gob got mad and left she hadmy truck until 2 weeks ago at wich time i have got it back. she wants to try and get me to hold to that old aggrement. the tuck is in my name. can she make me sell my trruck which was inheareted.
