Question

Hubby and I agreed on paper that we would buy a mobile home from a Lady who sold it to us (on a note) for $26,000.00 she even drew up an amortization form which says after the $26,000.00 is paid, we are done. Now she says we owe an additional $20,000.00 which is not in any agreement and this mobile is valued at $3,600.00 only someone with severe mental disability would agree to pay that much for this! Can we sue her for changing the amount?

Answer

You need to hire an attorney to review everything and give you specific legal advice. An attorney should be able to save you more than he costs you. You may call me for a free telephone consultation.
