First DUI with more trouble

I was arrested in January for stealing. I am just getting ARD for it but I don't have the hearing until the 26th of Apri. I was just arrested for DUI on the 23ed of March. They are asking me to snitch on someone to get the dui charge dropped. I don't know what to do

You may have lost your ARD eligibility with that arrest. You definitely need an attorney at the earliest possible moment. It isn't possible to tell from the question whether or not it is the police that want you to snitch or the D.A.'s office. I suspect it is the police because they would be the only ones who could drop the DUI charges.
