How can I prevent law enforcement from seizing my vehicles? Is keeping them in my fathers name good enough?

Question

How can I prevent law enforcement from seizing my vehicles? Is keeping them in my fathers name good enough?

Answer

Depends on why they are trying to seize them.

Answer

You won't get too many lawyers (hopefully none), especially on the internet, telling you how to hide and fraudulently transfer your assets to avoid law enforcement, or creditors. If law enforcement is trying to seize your property, that is a good sign you have bigger problems and should be sitting in a lawyer's office.

Answer

I love easy questions: STOP COMMITTING CRIMINAL ACTS WITH YOUR VEHICLES and they will not be seized. The fact that the vehicle you drive to and from criminal activity is in your father's name will NOT stop the game, because IF your father does not have the income to purchase the vehicle (tax fraud), he is a co-conspirator in your criminal endeavors. Good luck, and make sure you stack your paper for your attorney, because we only take cash not cars.
