I am currently banned for 5 years due to a prior overstay. The ban was initiated by immigration officials after I tried to reenter usa after 3 years overstay. I lived in us for 12 years. 9 years legally on work visa. and since it expired I came back on business visa and overstayed 3 years.
Now my question is I want to remove this ban, and reenter. I owned a business in usa, and still the same is in operation.
