Question

i recently purchased a 2011 for mustang gt ford a "reputable" dealership, in which i signed a "Damage disclosure" document in which stated that there was no prior incidents occurred with this vehicle according to "autocheck" but in actuality once after purchase, come to find out that there was damage reported along time ago according to carfax, so once i found out the truth and that carfax showed there was damage done and reported there response was "well we dont use carfax, sorry"....is there anything that can be done justifiable due to the fact i signed a damage disclosure or am i stuck with the car...and by the way if it makes a difference i am in the military...in the damage disclosure there was nothing reported

Answer

An attorney who handles consumer affairs matters should review

this so-called "damage disclosure" document and the relevant facts leading

to the point at which you affixed your signature to it and agreed to

purchase the vehicle.
