How long you can drive in a day?
It is recommended not to drive more than 300 miles per day without a break. Take a break every 50 miles for the next 100 miles. After driving for 400 miles in one day a person should sleep at least 5 hours and stretch for ten minutes before driving again.When driving for too long, your body goes into a sleeping awake state where awareness of the surrounding area diminishes at an accelerated rate. Drive too long and risk flying off the road!
