I erroneously filed a case in county court when it should have been in district court. I then refiled the same case in district court. is it a problem if the case filed in county court gets dismissed? (does this negatively affect the district court case in any way)

Since u obviously have no lawyer, that will negatively affect the case. In some jurisdictions, it may be dismissed on motion by defendant in District Court since not transferred as required..if the case has any merit for damages...contact a local lawyer for help
