if being sued civil and no longer can afford legal fees what can i do for this is a frivilous suit sure i can win counter and claims against me just have no more money jt

You can either find a way to keep paying your lawyer or represent yourself. When money is a concern, talk to your lawyer about ways to keep down your costs. Maybe there are things you can do yourself, such as compile records. See if your lawyer will work out a payment plan or agree to reduce your fees. Otherwise, maybe look for a cheaper lawyer.
