My name is Jason and I am deployed in Iraq for my second tour.One of my good friends had filed for a divorce in the state of Tx. Her and her ex husband own two cars both of them are in his name but one of the cars she paid for and she had documention that she bough it. My question is, is she entailed to one of the vechiles even though the divorce is not finail. she needs a vechile to go to Dr. appoiments.

Unless she can get him to transfer the car title to her name, she'll need an attorney to try to make him do it and possibly sue to have a court do it, if she can prove she really paid for it.
