My son whose on probation moved in. The landlord was notified three months ago. Now they are trying to evict him. Is that legal? When I went in to pay rent on the 5th of this month was told all tenants had to do an update, on which I included him .

Unfortunately, this is legal. If there is some reason for the landlord to feel your son is a safety risk they can do this. You should ask to speak to the landlord and determine what their concerns are and offer concessions to resolve those concerns.
